Download Criminal Case cheat by Pretty Simple Games
Facebook game Criminal Case is a recent offering from Pretty Simple Games’. The game is a hidden object game based on criminal investigation and currently enjoys a rightful position in the “New Games” section of Facebook App Center.
Ever since its release on 15th Nov 2012, the popularity of the game has known no bounds. By mid 2013 it had become highly competitive with Candy Crush Saga. The subscriber base of Criminal Case has reached 100 million in the past one year. This essentially translates into the fact that nearly 40% Facebook users who play games have played Criminal Case.
The game has been rated the highest among all Facebook games. The players are in awe of its deep story line and accessibility. In fact Criminal Case is the only game in the world now that offers its players a new police investigation every week.
Pretty Simple worked for a year and a half on the game with a team that eventually swelled upto double its size from the time they began. Ever since the publication of the game, every week sees a new investigation which caters for hours of entertainment for players.
The game shows the player as a new member of the police force. He has been tasked with solving the mysteries behind a number of brutal crimes in the area. The first case in the game is a tutorial and it introduces the player to different components of the game. As the player progresses higher in the game, cases start becoming more and more lengthy and complicated.
The first investigation for the player is based in the city of Grimsborough which has six districts namely the Industrial Area, The Financial Center, The University, The Maple Heights, The Historical Center and a hidden district known as the Airport. Airport can only be unlocked after finishing 51 cases. Every district has 10 cases to offer except the Industrial Area which has 11 and Airport which has only 5.
The player travels to Pacific Bay after finishing 56 cases in the game and accepts a position in the police department of Pacific Bay. Pacific Bay has ten districts namely Innovation Valley, Ocean Shore, Inner City, Jazz Town, Rhine Canyon, White Peaks, Ivywood Hills, Bayou Bleu, Paradise City and The Wastes. These districts offer cases to the players which they need to solve to advance. Ocean Shore and Bayou Bleu offer 5 cases while Jazz Town and Inner City have 7 cases each. The city of Pacific Bay is slated for 54 cases.
The game is divided into seven stages each of which carry forward the plot of the case being investigated. The hidden object scenes are depicted in a more traditional manner where the player is given a number of objects to find. Some of these objects are clues for the case and must be found as early as possible to score points. After the player completes a scene, the final score along with time bonus and additional bonuses, which are calculated on the basis of remaining hints, contributes towards making the cumulative rating of the player in that stage.
Unlike most other hidden objects games where the stars that you add to your score are nothing more than an indication of your mastery in the game, stars play a major role in Criminal Case. Here you can use stars to unlock different additional investigation scenes which may vary from normal conversations with suspects to puzzles that require the player to put together broken objects. When you perform these tasks, you spend your stars which makes the game get more difficult when the player tries to gain additional stars to be able to finish all the objectives in the game.
Besides these interactive elements, there are a number of items such as the body of the victim and several other objects recovered from the scenes which need to be sent to laboratories for analysis. Such tasks take real time to complete although they can be bypassed by spending hard currency.
When the player progresses through cases, he or she gains clues about the victim’s identity, reason behind his killing and the suspect. When the players come to the conclusion of the case, they are presented with a number of suspects and they have to choose the one who fits the investigation done by them. If they select the right culprit, the case is solved and the next case opens up for them.
The players work with David Jones in the Grimsborough Police department and then with Amy Young when they get transferred to the Pacific Bay Police Department later in the game.
The game can be played with a single player only but it does have a few social features. For instance each hidden object level has a leaderboard and the player gets to select a partner from their friends who will join the investigation and give clues to bonuses.
The monetization aspect of the game comes from a number of sources. The soft currency can be earned during the course of the game and can be spent on customizing the player’s avatar. Hard currency can be used to skip the waiting times such as waiting for the report from a forensic lab, acquiring items that restore the player’s energy and purchasing other premium items. The game builds a wall against the player who neither pays nor waits.
The cast of the game is made up of several characters which have little to no significant bearing on the game play. Cast has been categorized into six categories namely Main characters, Minor characters, Central Characters, Victims, Suspects and Killers.
Pretty Simple soon aims to launch a mobile version of the game which will be compatible with iOS. The iOS version of Criminal Case is one of the most keenly awaited games in 2014 and there are many players who can just not wait to lay their hands on it. Pretty Simple aims at releasing an Android version of the game as well but later in the year.
Given the success of mobile gaming companies such as Supercell and King, it shall not be an overstatement to say that future of Pretty Simple is quite bright when the game moves to Android and IOS platforms.
